Terms
01 Agreement
These terms govern your use of SEIRI (“Seiri”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Seiri is operated by Shayenne Gail D. Galiste in New Zealand.
By signing in or using Seiri, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
02 The service
Seiri connects to a mailbox you choose and suggests where new mail belongs. You review those suggestions. Seiri does not delete mail and does not send mail.
The current version shows suggestions only. It does not move mail. If moving mail is offered later, a move happens only after you approve it, and an approved move can be undone.
03 Accounts
You sign in with Google or Microsoft. You must be allowed to connect the mailbox you choose, whether it is your own or a client mailbox you are authorised to manage.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to that account under your control.
04 Connected mailboxes
When you connect a mailbox, you grant Seiri the permissions shown on the Google or Microsoft consent screen. For Gmail, that permission is read-only access so Seiri can see folders and recent inbox mail in order to make suggestions.
Seiri does not receive your Google or Microsoft password. You can disconnect Seiri from your Google account at any time from your Google account settings. Disconnecting stops further access. It does not by itself delete information already stored. To ask for deletion, email admin@stllhaus.co.
05 Suggestions
Suggestions are produced by software, including an AI model. They can be wrong. You decide whether a suggestion is right before you rely on it. Seiri does not guarantee that a message is filed, labelled, or described correctly.
Message contents are used to prepare a suggestion and are not stored as email bodies. A short record of the sender, subject, and suggestion may be kept so you can review it.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Connect a mailbox you are not allowed to access.
- Use Seiri to break the law or to harm another person.
- Interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person's account.
- Resell the service or present it as your own product.
07 Your mail
You keep your rights in your mail. You give Seiri permission to process that mail only as needed to provide the service described in these terms and the privacy policy.
Seiri and its name, interface, and software belong to the operator except where a third party owns them.
08 Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy. Google user data is used only to provide Seiri, and is not sold.
09 Availability
Seiri is provided as it is available. It may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. Third-party services, including Google, Microsoft, and the hosting provider, can also affect whether sign-in and mail reading work.
10 Liability
To the extent the law allows, Seiri is not liable for lost mail, a wrong suggestion, or a decision you make from a suggestion. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New Zealand law.
11 Ending use
You may stop using Seiri at any time and disconnect it from Google or Microsoft. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if continued access would create a security or legal risk.
12 Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep using Seiri after an update, the updated terms apply.
